They employ bait-and-switch tactics to get you to either visit/shop their website or one of their brick-and-mortar stores, and then when you try to use the offer, oftentimes they will not honor the promotion. My experience ; I worked with very talented people who would become worn down, tired, confused and misguided by the constant chaos and change. I enjoyed everything about it.
After 11+ years of loyalty, I no longer get my hair done at their salons, as the quality of service and the professionalism of the stylists themselves have been on a sharp decline.
