This is a 2015 so not old and so many things are broken. We love our Sundance by heartland. I would buy if I had the $$!! My husband had sand & repaint the bumper & frame himself. We were looking to replace our 9 year old 5 wheel..which we loved..never had issues with. We've had to replace both kitchen and bathroom faucet because of leeks. I have not had any problems. Asked for a operator & service manual they don’t give them out. We were told the reason they don't want to do warranty work is because Heartland is horrible about paying & they have to fight to get their money. When we took it apart to fix it we found that there had been so many staples pounded into it that the wood literally fell apart because of the poor workmanship on the arm brace. Not the same quality as our first Heartland. This is our full time residence. Great rv for 2 people. We had to postpone our maiden voyage. We picked a full day that we could go to every dealer along the Wasatch Front. I installed a washer/dryer & a Furrion wireless observation system (camera). We bought this from Brett’s RV in Billings, Mt last August and we are finally getting these things fixed still under warranty thank goodness. Leak under the ref. We have had this unit since the end of May and had one thing after another go wrong starting with the range unit on being anchored down and sliding half way out. The unit is 1 1/2 years old. It keeps the afternoon sun off that wall. I think my impression is like so many others...the manufactures are pushing out units with many flaws..then the consumer is forced to get repairs on their own time.

Given that it's 37 ft long and we came out of a house, space and storage is pretty good. We lived in the RV and went to work in Boulder,Co.

We've had campers we've never had warranty work even needed. They will not stand behind their warranty even an emergency this is not a good outfit by something else like Jayco I was locked out of my trailer and I could not get any help from heartland they said I had to file papers even an emergency, Very truck friendly great layout and perfect for a family vacation. This 5th wheel has been a blast. Overall quality below average, cabinet doors popped off, carpet staples not fully seated causing pain to anyone not wearing shoes in unit. Living room furniture is very comfortable and the free standing dinette with chairs is a superior choice over booth type dining. You really get a quality product for a lower price than some of the other brands out there and I can personally guarantee you won't be dissatisfied with what you get. A/C handles the S.FL heat ok. All in all, we have loved owning this coach. Get ready to take the whole family on a luxury RVing vacation in one of the Heartland Sundance travel trailers for sale here at Fun Town RV! We bought this 5th wheel new. I had a job in Dallas for a couple months and had to use it there. Because my wife is going to retire next year we decided to upgrade our RV. Nice size refrigerator. We had no mechanical issues and pulled really well compared to our last camper. Outside storage is ample and as we're also skirted, we've gained extra storage under the front part. Dvd player had a bad rca jack to tv had to replace. We love this model and the overall build quality of the Heartland brand. when it rains, oven fan not working, blinds broken, hinges broken, burner not working, need I say more? One thing we have to do is cut and put a vent in bathroom door to get heat in their which their should be heat in a bathroom. Large bath with high toilet lots of storage. It towes easily. The tv mount was installed incorrectly as was the power awning, surround shower wall and an outlet was wired incorrectly. Love the 88 degree turning technology. 4. Inside panel near bath is super flimsy and warping. Sadly, A year after we purchased, our toilet peddle started leaking, we had to replace the toilet, AC went out we had to replace that, found a leak that had been there for a while probably before we purchased it on the slide window. Found the underbelly was filling with water and that is when I found the melted pipe. Overall units being manufactured today are not the quality of a few years back. I would recommend Heartland to others seeking a quality camper. The rear window was not sealed properly...took in water and destroyed the wall under the window...since we now had left the state we purchased it in we were forced to go to another RV center. The out side trim work is horrible.
