You think about taking the easy way out and just doing the least you have to, even though you know it wonât be right. If you don’t move forward, you will not achieve success. If you had quit, not only would you definitely not have made the team, but you wouldn't even have had the satisfaction of knowing you tried your hardest. It’s easy to think that anyone who has achieved a degree of success in life has some kind of natural ability, but in reality to be successful you have to persevere through daunting obstacles. Whatever it is for you, itâs tough. Think about creating a puzzle: you add piece by piece and finally get the final image. You use perseverance everyday. You think it would be easier just to quit.
