In the end, as usual, the instructor makes a world of difference. From a self defense perspective, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has proven very, very strong in one on one fights. Going to the ground in self defense is SUICIDE.

But, I'm currently training Judo and Jiujitsu (in the pre-covid times, that is) because those were the people that I felt comfortable around and felt like I could chill with. The teacher makes a huge difference!
