Spells Bards have a somewhat complicated relationship with spellcasting.

Each creature to be fascinated must be within 90 feet, able to see and hear the bard, and capable of paying attention to him.
For every three bard levels the character attains beyond 15th, he can inspire heroics in an additional creature. This spell causes a touched party member to glow like a torch, shedding normal light in a 20-foot radius from the point touched.
