I used the file system control in Flow to write a txt file to a folder where Bartender picked it up and processed it from there.
I use something similar to the workaround you posted to roll my own theme, but why is this not just an option in the studio? This issue happens with chromium based browsers starting with version 83. I will try and work out this idea in the future. This is the actual image file as seen from the Media>Images gallery. The pen control only has partial support for drawing using mouse or touch input in the Windows app.
