Imagine simple case: On your OneDrive for Business you have an excel file with ~600 rows. I've not tested it with large sets but its a nice step forward.

What’s a large list? Think broadly like categories, dates, departments, etc. This effectively means that if your search returns 501 rows, none of the rows will returned. Weird but I guess I understand why. E5 does offer more functionality but just pulling in data, creating reports and sharing, is doable on E3.
