I have run into buying the product and not liking it afterwards then they do not want to take it back at your nearby Aveda mall store. Every hair appointment I received was accompanied by a relaxing head neck and. Looking at the other reviews, I see my situation isn't just a one-off and I'm not the only one who experienced getting cancelled on last minute.
