Despite constantly mopping, the place always smells like sweat, even more so than a normal gym. But this is just a bit of evidence that the class isn't a real boxing training class. So when I got there that night, they gave me a hard time about not calling in advance and the manager/owner (I think that's his role, not positive) made it seem like the class was full and can't accommodate anybody else.
Especially if you get hooked, like I did. So... yeah. I love coming to Title. The instructor kept calling out exercises (jump squats, jumping jacks, etc) during the breaks for people who wanted more.
