Very comfortable bed and tasty breakfast. We only stayed one night but should have stayed for more! All in all a superb stay, we certainly will be back. It is situated perfectly, set back from high street with easy access to everything from the garden. If you are considering heading to Pitlochry, definitely go! Craigroyston House is set in the traditional small Scottish town of Pitlochry, in mature garden grounds. The house and gardens are lovely. They were .instrumental in booking an excellent restaurant for us in the evening. Quite happy to book a table for you, at one of the numerous superb restaurants in the Town. Is Craigroyston House and Lodge located near the city center? We visited by chance during the Enchanted Forest event and loved our stay. The owners were very welcoming and have good Covid measures in place. Susan and Vaughan are the epitome of Scottish Hospitality. Eight en suite letting rooms all equipped with TV, tea / coffee facilities, three with luxury four poster beds. The food did not disappoint and service was excellent. A traditional stone built Victorian villa tastefully decorated providing a relaxed ambience for your stay. 2 very comfortable nights in this lovely B&B. We had a cooked breakfast which is one of the best i have had, serving home made jam and marmalade and that haggis was amazing!!! Warm welcome from Susan and Vaughan with very helpful tourist information regarding visit to Enchanted Forest, theatre, the railway station and fine riverside walks. We have a beautiful mature garden in which to relax with a bottle of wine in the summer,and a cosy open fire in the lounge for the cold winter nights.

Our stay here was a last minute booking. Craigroyston House is quietly situated in mature garden grounds, which slope gently down towards the main street of Pitlochry. Can highly recommend.
